Responsibilities Connect with individuals who have expressed interest in learning about benefit programs Schedule and conduct virtual consultations with clients via Zoom Assess client needs and provide guidance on available benefit options Support clients through the enrollment process and answer questions Maintain accurate digital documentation and follow-up communications Participate in weekly team meetings, training sessions, and coaching What You’ll Get 100% remote role — work from anywhere in the U.S.
