  • Support migration of legacy portals / apps into the unified platform.
  • Innovation
  • Explore emerging frontend technologies (Next.js, Progressive Web Apps, Edge rendering).
  • Drive personalized engagement features leveraging AI / ML and the Behavioral Digital Twin model.
  • Participate in patent filings and thought leadership around digital healthcare experiences.

Required Skills & Experience :

  • Technical Expertise
  • 8+ years of professional frontend development experience; 3+ years in a lead / principal role.
  • Mastery of React.js / React Native, JavaScript / TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks.
  • Experience with Flutter or hybrid frameworks for cross-platform delivery.
  • Strong understanding of CMS integration, micro frontends, and modular app design.

  • Collaboration & Leadership
  • Proven ability to mentor teams and establish coding standards.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration with designers, backend engineers, and product managers.
