Job descriptionAssist with full-cycle recruitment : posting jobs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating pre-employment requirements.Coordinate new hire onboarding, orientation, and training activities.Maintain employee records and HRIS data to ensure accuracy and compliance.Support payroll and benefits administration by collecting and verifying employee information.Assist in employee relations by answering HR-related questions and escalating issues as needed.Prepare HR reports and track metrics such as attendance, turnover, and time-to-fill.Partner with supervisors and managers on performance management documentation and disciplinary actions.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws as well as company policies.Coordinate employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and communication initiatives.Provide administrative support for HR projects and audits.
