Adult and Aging Services Director
Our client, a leading organization in community services, is seeking a Adult and Aging Services Director to join their team. As a Adult and Aging Services Director, you will be part of the Senior Services Department supporting the Adult and Aging Center and satellite centers. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, compassion, and excellent organizational abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range : $54000 - $75000
What's the Job?
- Direct and oversee a variety of senior programs and activities, including health and wellness, nutrition, home care, education, and recreational activities.
- Manage supervision and administration of the Adult and Aging Center and satellite centers.
- Develop and manage budgets, including researching, writing, and administering grants.
- Supervise staff providing various programs and develop administrative and program policies ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local standards and regulations.
- Serve as the Executive Director of the Martin County Council on Aging, representing the organization in the community and with stakeholders.
What's Needed?
Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a degree in a human services field or equivalent experience.Extensive experience in planning and managing human services programs, preferably with older adults.Knowledge of budgets, personnel policies, and the structure and functions of federal, state, and local government human services agencies.Experience in program and grant writing, along with familiarity with federal, state, and local regulations.Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to effectively manage teams and programs.What's in it for me?
