Job Description

As a Security Officer - Retail Unarmed Patrol in Cleveland, OH , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail / Malls, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere at a bustling retail and mall location. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols, remaining highly visible to the public, and providing outstanding customer service through clear communication. This is a driving post, so you will be responsible for patrolling the property by vehicle as well as on foot. • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
