1. First let's talk $$$$, it is definitely important. We do not have a cap on what you can make and we will pay your worth. We offer an hourly range based on experience that typically starts between 25-40 / hr. On top of that we offer lead commissions, sales commissions, holiday pay, vacation pay. We never pressure anyone to make a quota. We just want you to share in the profits when you contribute to a sale. We also have a retirement plan that we match 3%.

2. Hours. We keep it simple, 8-5 is the typical work week. Want more and we will give you more, but we value your desire to be home with your family!

3. My brother and I started the company here in Charleston in 2004. We are not a franchise, we are a locally grown HVAC company. We are involved every day, and we care about employees being friendly so that everyone gets along. We do not pressure our employees to sell. We care about being honest with our customers. We care about offering a high end product and service to our customers. We also care about you spending time with your family, and we never say no to requested days off. And our service team is available for any customer that calls, and we treat all of our customers the same.

We are located on Johns Island because we have a large construction base on Kiawah. However, our service team stretches from Hollywood to Mount Pleasant. You dispatch straight from home a few days a week. The other days we leave open for company meetings and training opportunities.

Experience is required but you do not have to be a “Super Tech” to apply, we love training people!! However, you must be experienced in diagnosing and repairing residential HVAC systems and have experience running service calls independently. A good driving record is required. We also do background checks and if your background check is not perfect then simply talk to us. We understand people make mistakes and change their lives, but honest communication is valuable and respected.
