As a Home Loan Center Inside Loan Officer you will originate real estate loans for branch customers in areas not currently covered by Loan Officers.

In this role you'll have the opportunity to :

• Originate standard residential type mortgage loans via telephone and internet with customers referred by identified branches of the Bank.
• Originate residential mortgage loans for employees of the Bank.
• Originate loans in compliance with the Banks underwriting guidelines and those published by the Bank's investors. Ensure strict compliance with regulator requirements for residential loan origination.
• Set up originated loans in the Bank's system and ensuring processing through submission for underwriting.
• Attend internal training sessions, internal sales meetings, and external training opportunities.
• Comply with policies, procedures, security requirements, and government regulations.
