Licensed Attorney or Paralegal

A company is looking for a Legal Professional to join their in-house legal team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the drafting, review, and negotiation of various agreements, ensuring alignment with business goals

Provide support for litigation matters, including managing diligence and coordinating with outside counsel

Assist in maintaining compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and support internal compliance programs

Required Qualifications

A Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree with bar admission or extensive relevant experience (5+ years)

Proven ability in contracts, litigation support, or regulatory compliance

Experience in managing internal legal functions and interfacing with outside counsel

Exceptional research and analytical skills to address complex legal issues

Prior experience in telecommunications or a related regulated industry is preferred
