Location : Sumter, SC 29153

Schedule : 12-hour shifts (8 : 00 AM – 8 : 00 PM), 3-2-2-3 rotating schedule

Pay : $15.40 / hour ($15 base + $0.40 shift differential)

Contract Type : 1-year contract-to-hire

This position is a contract-to-hire opportunity with potential for full-time employment based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform various assembly, fabrication, testing, and packaging tasks for medical devices.
• Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment.
• Conduct quality inspections in accordance with established specifications and SOPs.
• Follow safety, cleanliness, and quality standards throughout the production process.
• Rotate into different responsibilities as needed within the team.
• Communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors.
