Corporate IT Procurement Lead
Location : Houston, TX (Hybrid 4 days in office / 1 remote)
About the Role :
Join a high-impact global insurance organization at the intersection of technology, strategy, and innovation. The Corporate IT Procurement Lead plays a key role in shaping TMHCC's enterprise technology landscape overseeing the full procurement lifecycle from RFP to contract negotiation, supplier onboarding, and payment. You'll partner across TMHCC businesses and Tokio Marine Group companies to ensure that every dollar spent on software, hardware, and cloud services drives value, efficiency, and business continuity.

Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Procurement & Leadership :
- Lead and optimize TMHCC's end-to-end technology procurement process, aligning spend with global IT and business priorities.
- Advise leadership on trends shaping enterprise technology including AI, automation, cloud, cybersecurity, and sustainability tech.
- Shape and execute a long-term procurement and vendor strategy aligned with TMHCC and Tokio Marine Group goals.
Operational Excellence :
Automate and streamline RFP, approval, and contract workflows using digital tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Agiloft).Centralize contract management, monitor KPIs, and ensure accurate financial integration with corporate systems.Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and IT to drive cycle-time reduction and compliance.Qualifications : Education :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).Experience :
8+ years in IT procurement or strategic sourcing within large enterprises.Expertise in software licensing, contract negotiation, and vendor management.Familiarity with CLM and SAM tools (e.g., Agiloft, ServiceNow).Strong analytical, financial, and stakeholder-management skills.Personal Attributes :
