Job description

American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist experienced in CT imaging, with at least 2 years of radiologic and general X-ray experience and current BLS, CRT, and ARRT certifications.

Job Details

  • Work in a CT scanner unit within a medical center environment,
  • Night shifts, 10 hours each, Monday through Thursday from 21 : 00 to 07 : 30,
  • 17-week contract assignment,
  • Patient population includes those requiring CT and general radiology imaging,
  • Epic EMR experience is preferred but not required,

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years recent experience in CT and general X-ray imaging,
  • Active BLS certification required,
  • California CRT Radiologic Technologist Certification required,
  • ARRT certification required,
  • Must provide two clinical references from the last two places of employment covering the last year and from leadership roles,
  • Complete employment history for the past 7 years required with explanations for gaps over 30 days,
  • Current skills checklist valid within one year required,
  • License required if applicable,

    • Additional Information

  • Orientation available only on specified dates,
  • All patients to be imaged per department protocol,
  • May be required to document scans and workflow in the Epic EMR system,
  • 50-mile radius rule applies for local pay consideration,
  • Scrub or dress code details will be provided upon assignment,
