We are seeking a dependable and skilled Construction crew member to support daily labor and operations across a variety of construction projects. This hands-on role requires experience with equipment operation, carpentry, concrete, plumbing troubleshooting, and general labor. The ideal candidate is a motivated team player who thrives in a dynamic work environment and can work independently with minimal supervision.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • Proficiency in operating skid steers, telehandlers, and mini excavators safely and efficiently.
  • Demonstrated ability in rough carpentry (e.g., framing, decks, fencing, and structural walls).
  • Experience with basic concrete forming, pouring, and finishing techniques.
  • Working knowledge of basic plumbing diagnostics and repair.
  • Ability to accurately read and apply instructions from blueprints and engineered drawings.
  • Familiarity with bas ic rigging procedures, including load securing and standard hand signaling.
  • Attention to detail in performing fine carpentry and finish work.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate effectively with team members and supervisors.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Skill in assembling prefabricated structures or furniture with precision.
  • The Person We're Looking for Will Have :

  • Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
  • Willingness to work alongside a hands-on manager and participate in self-perform tasks.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours as needed to meet project timelines.
  • Ownership of basic personal hand tools (e.g., hammer, measuring tape, utility knife).
  • Preference given to candidates with their own power tools (e.g., drills, saws, etc.).
  • Physical ability to perform labor-intensive tasks , including lifting heavy materials and working outdoors in varied weather.
  • Reliable transportation, punctuality, and readiness to contribute immediately.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Prior experience in landscaping, carpentry, concrete, or plumbing support roles.
  • Familiarity with finish carpentry and detailed craftsmanship.
  • Ownership of a comprehensive power tool set for use on job sites.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, constantly evolving project environment
