This is a highly autonomous role where research insights translate directly into scalable, product-ready solutions. You will also stay at the forefront of AI research, implementing state-of-the-art methodologies and publishing impactful work.

Accountabilities

• Research, design, and develop production-grade machine learning and deep learning models, optimized for large-scale deployment.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and domain teams to identify ML-based solutions for complex challenges.
• Curate, construct, and analyze large datasets, ensuring data quality, reproducibility, and scalability.
• Implement efficient training pipelines for models spanning billions of parameters on multi-GPU and multi-node environments.
• Productionize models and integrate them into applications while maintaining compute efficiency and reliability.
• Conduct code and model maintenance, including hardening, testing, documentation, and demo preparation.
• Stay current with AI and ML research, experiment with new architectures and methods, and communicate insights internally and via publications.
