General Purpose : As a Stock Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers enjoy a positive shopping experience. Your responsibilities will involve engaging with customers, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and ensuring that merchandise is presented effectively throughout the store.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prioritize safety by practicing safe behaviors in all tasks.
• Maintain a secure environment on the sales floor.
• Provide excellent customer service by treating customers and colleagues with respect.
• Assist customers with their inquiries and ensure a prompt response to needs.
• Perform cleaning duties to keep the store welcoming and hygienic.
• Follow company best practices for merchandise presentation and recovery.
• Safeguard confidential information and adhere to loss prevention standards.
• Efficiently process new merchandise for the sales floor.

Competencies :

Qualifications : Strong communication skills, friendly demeanor, and the ability to perform basic math calculations are essential.

Physical Requirements : Ability to stand, walk, and move around for extended periods. Regularly bending, lifting (up to 25 pounds), and using store equipment are required.
