Product Associate

As a Product Associate on the Partner Travel Product team, you'll play a key role in advancing our partner (external clients) priorities within Chase Travel. You will work closely with our partners to translate their objectives into actionable travel requirements, capabilities, and features. Your strategic thinking and creativity will be essential in making sure these requirements fit with Chase Travel's objectives and the goals for the overall organization. You'll partner with Product Owners in Chase Travel to refine these requirements and ensure a successful implementation and positive impact for our partners.

Job Responsibilities :

• Own and manage the delivery of the product roadmap related to the Partner Travel business.
• Serve as the subject matter expert - evaluate and document requirements, scope technical solutions, identify risks, and clearly communicate goals and milestones to business stakeholders.
• Partner with internal and external teams (account management, accounting, product, design, technology, analytics, risk, legal, compliance, operations, servicing, marketing, etc.) on the prioritization and development of product features.
• Conduct discovery and planning activities to prepare comprehensive requirements for handoff to delivery teams.
