An Information Technology Manager's day is a multifaceted blend of technical oversight and strategic leadership. It often begins with a review of system performance and a team huddle to provide guidance on support tickets, ensuring consistent and timely resolutions. Qualifications for an Information Technology Manager :

• Associate's degree or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience and training OR an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
• Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and the ability to occasionally travel overnight
• MCSE certification preferred, but not required

Work schedule : This corporate training position works a full-time schedule with occasional travel to our regional offices.
