Key Responsibilities : Provide high quality nursing care to home health patients Complete same day documentation using Homecare Homebase Manage a caseload of 20 25 cases weekly Attend weekly in person office meetings Be flexible to float as needed Requirements : Active RN License and BLS Certification 2 years of home health experience Proficient in HCHB / OASIS (experience post January 2023) Ability to manage productivity points (26 28 per week) Reside within 30 minutes of assigned territory Contract Details : 13 week contract, 40 hours per week No on call requirement Pre approved RTO must be made up Mileage reimbursement Additional Information : 2 3 days of orientation and team introduction Flexible hours, branches open 8 am to 5 pm Any scrub color Join us to make a meaningful impact in home health care.
