Driver, Trainee Hourly (Le Sueur)

A teammate in this position learns the essential functions of the Driver job including the accurate and timely distribution of products to various customer locations. The Driver Trainee gains exposure to warehouse and other operational functions as part of the developmental process of becoming a McLane Driver.

On site (Northfield) CDLA School that is fully paid by McLane. School is Monday - Friday in Northfield, MN.

• Pay Rate : $23.50 an hour while in school and training.
• Must be able to obtain CDLA Permit prior to class starting.
• Average wage for New driver is $80,000-$90,000 in first year.
• Minimum guarantee $65,000 per year
