Job descriptionDiagnose, treat, and manage patients’ oral health needs. Perform procedures such as fillings, crowns, extractions, root canals, and preventive care. Develop individualized treatment plans for patients. Provide education on oral health and preventive practices. Supervise and collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and other team members. Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with state and federal regulations. Ensure compliance with infection control, OSHA, and state dental board standards. Participate in community outreach and patient engagement initiatives. $20,000 bonus in the first year Additional Performance Bonuses 3 weeks Paid Time Off (PTO) 6 Major Holidays Medical Insurance Continuing Education (CE) Course Allowance DDS & DEA License Reimbursement Student Loan Forgiveness Program (up to $41,000 / year)
Required Skills & Experience
- Current and active license to practice dentistry in the state of Minnesota.
- Current DEA registration.
- CPR / BLS certification (required).
- Strong clinical, diagnostic, and communication skills.
- Commitment to patient-centered and equitable care.
- Experience working with underserved populations (preferred).

Compensation & Benefits
Compensation :
$180,000 to $220,000 per year annual salary.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role may include healthcare insurance offerings and paid leave as provided by applicable law.
