Job description

A company is looking for a Coding Quality Auditor, HEDIS who will conduct clinical quality audits and improve quality within the HEDIS project.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct clinical quality audits and identify areas for quality improvement

Collect and organize data from medical records following HEDIS specifications

Maintain confidentiality of records and collaborate with clinic staff

Required Qualifications

Technical certification / licensure in Medical Assistant, Certified Nurse Assistant, or Licensed Practical Nurse

High School Diploma or GED

3 years of medical record audit experience and familiarity with electronic medical records

2 years of HEDIS or quality management auditing experience

1 year of experience in the medical field as a Medical Assistant, Certified Nurse Assistant, or LPN
