Building a network of innovative, patient-centered GME communities Historic Nashville, the capital city of Tennessee, is also known as Music City as it is home to the Grand Ole Opry, the epicenter of the country music industry. This is on display throughout the bustling downtown area where you can find the Country Music Hall of Fame and live music on every corner. Nashville is home to several higher learning institutions including the prestigious Vanderbilt University, Belmont University including Thomas F. Frist, Jr College of Medicine. Downtown (as well as local neighborhoods) offer many unique dining experiences. Other attractions include the Nashville Symphony and Ballet and the Frist Art Museum. Nashville is also a great place for sports enthusiasts to enjoy NFL s Tennessee Titans, NHL s Nashville Predators and MLS' Nashville Soccer Club. Job Summary :
TriStar Centennial Medical Center is seeking a rheumatology physician to join The Frist Clinic, a premier group in downtown Nashville, Tennessee.
Qualified Candidates :
- ABMS board certified or eligible in rheumatology
- Tennessee licensure or ability to obtain
- DEA with full prescriptive authority
- Commitment to providing high quality, evidenced based patient care in rheumatology
- Interest in outpatient clinical practice of rheumatology
- Interest in teaching rheumatology to the next generation of physicians
- GME teaching experience desired
