Cumberland International Trucks, Inc. is seeking a high-energy, motivated, & personable Parts Warehouse Picker / Packer to join our team in Lebanon, TN ; a great attitude and a desire to further their career within the company. Responsibilities include assisting warehouse personnel and Delivery Drivers with the timely & accurate delivery of parts to wholesale and retail customers, by accurately keeping inventory, picking & packing products in order of ticket, while maintaining organization. Additional responsibilities include stocking, filling & sometimes delivering diesel truck parts. Cumberland houses an impressive parts inventory of all makes and models, medium to heavy duty, class 7-8 parts to quickly and efficiently supply customers in surrounding areas.

General Hours : Monday thru Friday 8AM-5PMFull timeOpportunity for career advancementResponsibilities :
Quickly respond to customer parts or info requests, determine availability / price info & document carefullyAccurate receipt, stocking & delivery of parts in a timely manner, matching numbers to pull parts ordersAccountability for the receipt of customer coresMaintain & operate delivery vehicle as per company policies, when parts deliveries are neededExcellent customer service skills internally & externallyMaintain & operate forklift & / or delivery vehicle as per company policies, when neededPossess excellent customer service skills internally & externallyPack items, scan barcodes, and move packages to the correct location for shippingInspect merchandise and products to ensure they have the right items, are not damaged, and nothing is missing per the orderWarehouse duties as assigned by the Stock Control SupervisorAs one of the top family & veteran-owned dealers in North America, we pride ourselves on offering a fun & empowering, customer-first culture with tremendous growth opportunities! Qualifications :
Ability to lift up to 50 lb. packagesAppreciation for teamwork, excellent communication / listening skills, & awareness of othersHigh School degree or equivalentMechanical aptitude or experience in automotive & / or truck mechanics is preferredParts department experience, in a truck dealership or truck aftermarket environment is a plusTrade school education in Parts Operations or Transportation Technology is a plusEmployee Benefits :
