Every Product Manager on our team works from shared objectives, is accountable to their outcomes and is empowered to do the right thing for our customers and business in alignment with Red Canary’s company mission and vision.

The Red Canary service integrates a critical human element into its offerings, and this position is dedicated to managing these service components from a product management perspective. In addition to core product management responsibilities—such as roadmapping, pricing, and feature prioritization—you will collaborate closely with our operations teams to ensure alignment on priorities across the organization. This role focuses on enhancing the efficiency of our service delivery, identifying opportunities for improvement, and equipping internal teams with the tools and processes they need to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Targeted base salary range : $138,400 - $170,000 + bonus eligibility and equity depending on experience.
