\n- 396 bed tertiary care facility located in Indiana's second-largest city. Fort Wayne is a three-time All American City Award winner, consistently cited for high quality of life, low cost of living and warm Hoosier Hospitality.\n- Build your resume at our Level 2 Adult & Pediatric Trauma center, northern Indiana's only heart and kidney transplant programs, an accredited bariatric surgery center, an accredited and commended community hospital cancer care program and a certified primary stroke center.\nYears of experience required : 3 years of ICU RN experience or more. \n\nPatient ratio : 2 : 1-Occasionally because of staffing demands or patients that 1 : 1 care, we do a 3 : 1 ratio on some of our more stable patients. This is done on a rotating basis depending on whose turn it is to take the 3 patient assignments.\n\nRequired skills : Candidates must have a background with proficient level of performance in the care of critically ill neuro and trauma patients. \n\nFloating : yes required\n\nDept Scrub Color : Navy \n\nEMR : Cerner\n\n

Required Qualifications

Registered Nurse, ICU

Experience : 3 years

Licenses : RN(Compact Accepted)

Certifications : ACLS(Copy needed); BLS(Copy needed); CERT-NIH Stroke Scale
