CPA Licensed Global Controller

A company is looking for a Vice President, Global Controller.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial reporting and compliance

Develop scalable financial systems and processes to support rapid growth and optimize efficiency

Partner with leadership on financial strategy, risk management, and public company readiness initiatives

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; active CPA license required

Minimum of 15 years of progressive accounting experience, including 5 years in a senior leadership role

Experience in a late-stage private or publicly traded SaaS organization, with a focus on IPO preparation

Expertise in US GAAP, particularly in revenue recognition and international consolidation

Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence at the board and C-level, with global compliance experience preferred
