The Senior Director of Product Management and Strategy is a visionary leader responsible for shaping and executing product strategies that align with the company's mission and long-term goals. This role demands deep expertise in product lifecycle management, market analysis, and financial discipline to drive innovation, growth, and operational excellence across a portfolio of healthcare technology solutions.

Job Description : Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Vision

• Define and communicate a compelling product vision that supports the Products strategic direction and growth objectives.
• Develop and oversee short- and long-term product strategies, roadmaps, and execution plans that deliver measurable business impact.
• Lead cross-functional teams to execute top strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with evolving market conditions and organizational priorities.
• Ability to build and sell the product vision and strategy to key business and leadership stakeholders.

Pay Range is $180,114.99-$300,206.64
