This leading healthcare group in Quincy, Illinois, serves a region with a population of 300,000 and boasts exceptional physician satisfaction along with a high retention rate. The facility is fully staffed with emergency room residency-trained physicians, and is adding another to its team.

Practice Highlights

13-14 shifts per month
10-hour shifts
35K ER visits

Compensation & Benefits

Base plus Bonus have docs earning over $550K

Full benefits

150K for student loans

50K sign-on bonus

Health, dental & vision plans

Retirement plans - 401k, 403b & 457b

1656 hours per year minimum to fulfill a contract
