Who We're Looking For :
Healey Brothers Cadillac is looking for an energetic, motivated, and people-first professional to join our high-performing Sales Team . Your primary role will be building lasting relationships with customers while helping them find the perfect vehicle. Prior sales experience is a plus — especially in automotive — but if you’re hungry to learn and driven to succeed, we want to meet you.
What You’ll Do :
Greet customers and guide them through the vehicle selection process
Build rapport and lasting customer relationships
Stay current on vehicle features and financing options
Lead test drives and explain product benefits
Follow up with leads, online inquiries, and past customers
Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
What You Bring to the Table :
1+ year of sales experience preferred (automotive a plus!)
Strong communication and people skills – you love connecting with others
Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
Professional appearance and strong presentation skills
Tech-savvy (comfortable with email, internet, CRM tools)
Valid U.S. driver’s license
Bilingual a plus!
Available to work Saturdays and some evenings
