Know how to establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services Work alongside customer service representatives and dispatch team members to ensure overall success of the business. Maintain a clean, organized job site as well as inventoried truck. Train and mentor helpers to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations Be accurate and timely with all paperwork Strong communication skills, both verbally and written Ability to relay information to clients in layman's terms Hardworking mindset Detail-oriented and organized Positive, can-do attitude Safety first mindset Can easily adapt to a change of circumstance or environment Great attitude with a dedication to quality work High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 3-5-year experience preferred Valid driver's license and a good driving record EPA Certification OSHA 10
