Georgia Licensed Property Manager

A company is looking for a Property Manager, MCH.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the Assistant Property Manager and ensure proper execution of tasks

Serve as the primary liaison between clients, internal teams, and external vendors

Manage properties in the assigned portfolio, including rent collection and lease management

Required Qualifications

2+ years of Property Management experience

High School Diploma or GED

Active Real Estate License in GA, with reciprocity if licensed in other states

Experience using YARDI preferred
