WHAT YOU'LL DO : Accounting Manager

Lead month-end and year-end close for multiple entities

Manage GL, AP, AR, payroll, and financial reporting functions

Oversee and mentor the accounting support team

Prepare financial statements and reports for leadership and the Board

Coordinate audits and ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards

Partner cross-functionally with billing and payroll to streamline processes

Support the Director of Finance on special projects and budgeting initiatives

WHAT YOU BRING : Accounting Manager

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

3+ years of accounting experience (nonprofit experience a plus!)

Experience supervising or mentoring staff preferred
