Job Overview :

We are looking for an expert-level OnBase Specialist to lead the administration, development, and optimization of our Hyland OnBase system. This role requires extensive hands-on experience in system workflows, integrations, and application development to support our critical business processes. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise to design scalable solutions, ensure system stability, and address complex technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities :

1. OnBase System Administration & Development (Priority) :

• Oversee OnBase system administration , including Workflow, WorkView, and API programming.
• Configure and manage document types, groups, AutoFill keyword sets , and data sets .
• Perform essential tasks such as password changes , sandbox creation , application packaging , and system upgrades to maintain operational continuity.

2. Workflow Design & Solution Implementation (High Priority) :
