WRA is seeking Architects and Engineers to join our Building Design Group in our Fairfax, VA office. We are a nationally recognized, top 125 Architecture and Engineering firm and Mid-Atlantic Engineering Firm of the Year.

Come join our collaborative team of engineers and architects on a variety of challenging projects, including high-performance buildings, industrial and manufacturing facilities, office environments, mission critical / secure spaces, historic preservation, and higher education. WRA has a strong mentoring culture and a focus on staff development.

Lead multidiscipline A / E teams through concept studies, final design, and construction phase services for clients across a broad range of markets, including DoD, Federal / Local Government and Industrial. Coordinate between disciplines, interface with project stakeholders, and manage quality control processes to ensure each project is successfully completed.

Responsibilities :

• Proposal development and budget management
• Leadership of design teams
• Coordination of milestone submissions
• Construction Administration
• Project Closeout
