Job Summary and Qualifications Job Summary : We are seeking a dynamic Float Pool RN to join our team. You would be part of a phenomenal team that works hard to support each other while providing excellent care to our patients in a collaborative manner. You will have the unique ability to “float” between several different areas across the nursing spectrum. What will you will do in this role : Serve as the patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality Facilitate patient care making nursing assessments and diagnosis Provide plan based care with a commitment to continuous improvement Job Requirements : Florida RN license and / or approved multistate RN license required. Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain the Florida license after relocation. BLS-AHA Provider issued card required within 30 days of start 2 years’ of recent bedside nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting Current ACLS preferred, required within 6 months of hire BSN is preferred HCA Florida Osceola Hospital is a 404-bed tertiary care hospital.
