MCA is seeking a motivated and experienced Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) licensed in Connecticut to join our growing team. Licensure in Massachusetts Rhode Island , or other New England states is a strong plus. This opportunity is driven by the continued expansion of our firm and our commitment to excellence in land surveying, civil engineering, and environmental consulting.

As a Professional Land Surveyor, you will play a key role in managing and supporting diverse survey projects, including infrastructure, transportation, utility systems, and large land developments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage various survey projects from start to finish
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders
• Perform and review survey work to ensure accuracy and quality
• Oversee complex projects involving :
• Bridges and railroads
• Highways and utilities
• Stormwater systems and infrastructure
• Construction stakeout and layout
• Mentor junior staff and support professional development within the team

Carlson, AutoCAD Civil 3D, OpenRoads, or similar
