Florida Licensed Loan Officer

A company is looking for a Loan Officer (Remote) to drive revenue by originating hard money loans for residential real estate investors.

Key Responsibilities

Build and nurture long-term relationships with real estate investors through consistent communication and personalized service

Guide clients through the investment readiness process and analyze borrower eligibility and risk profiles

Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely progression from origination to close while collaborating with internal teams

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and / or experience in real estate, lending, or financial services industry

Minimum of 1 year of consultative / inside sales experience

Proven track record of closing 5+ loans / month for residential investments

Strong computer skills and tech savviness of CRM platforms

High level of perseverance, resilience, and a strong work ethic
