Job description12-hour shifts : 7 AM 7 PM or 7 PM 7 AM 8-hour evening shifts : 3 PM 11 PM Tier 3 (Med / Surg) : +$5.00 / hr Tier 2 (Stepdown) : +$7.50 / hr Tier 1 (ICU) : +$10.00 / hr Evening : +$2.75 / hr Night : +$4.60 / hr Weekend : +$1.50 / hr Exposure to diverse units and patient populations Opportunities to sharpen assessment, communication, and teamwork skills A fast-paced, rewarding environment for flexible and compassionate nurses Experience : 1 2 years of bedside RN experience Education : Nursing degree from an accredited school (BSN preferred) License : Current RN license in the state Certifications : BLS through the American Heart Association Physical requirements / demands : Prolonged standing and walking each shift Ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties Health, dental, and vision coverage Paid time off (PTO) accural Tuition reimbursement Employer-matched retirement plans RN to BSN Bridging Program (up to $16,000)

What to Expect :
- 6 month rotation in Med / Surg
- 6 month rotation in Stepdown
- Once completed, opportunity to move into ICU / Specialty
