This Serco opportunity supports the IT architecture for all DoD, Department of Defense government contracting in the NCR. As a prime contractor, Serco provides IT Infrastructure management throughout the NCR. You will lead a large team of IT Field Service, Cybersecurity, SMEs, Networking personnel, and other support personnel to collaborate closely with the customer for stable IT and Cloud environments. Our team manages multiple government contracts in cloud environments with providing Network administration, Help Desk, Cybersecurity and SME support for both the network and Engineering. In this role :

• You will apply your broad knowledge of IT and proven leadership skills in finance and cost management, and supplier management to field and sustain our current and future capabilities.
• You will be responsible for lifecycle management systems. You will be the contract focal point for Integrated Product PIN Support (IPINS).
• You will lead your team to provide high quality network and help desk support to our current and future organization.
• You will manage contract budgets and staffing.
• You will develop and manage customer and business partner relationships.
• You will be responsible for all program-level strategic planning and proactively monitoring progress, resolving issues, and initiating appropriate corrective actions.
• Other duties may be assigned. This position will report to a Director within the Business Units throughout all sectors.
