Backend Engineer

A company is looking for a Software Engineer, Customer Experience.

Key Responsibilities

Build user-facing experiences and scale internal infrastructure for a Customer Support platform

Design AI-powered automations to efficiently resolve customer issues

Translate business problems into technical solutions and drive project delivery

Required Qualifications

5+ years of full-time software engineering experience in high growth startups

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience

Proven experience in building end-to-end product experiences and scaling backend systems

Ownership mindset with a track record of shipping high-quality products

Experience with Python, Elixir, and / or Postgres is a plus
