Job descriptionCurrently recruiting an APP Dedicated support staff and leadership Accessibility Positive office culture Strong referral base Large automotive factories in the area Practice locations in Kokomo and Frankfort Reverse and easy commute from Indy, Carmel and Westfield Evaluates and treats patients with appropriate medical diagnostic and treatment skills. Coordinates discharge planning with case management. Recommends, participates in, and works to ensure the success of efforts to improve cost effectiveness and quality of care provided to patients. Ascension St. Vincent Kokomo is a 129–bed hospital providing a range of healthcare services and resources to residents of Howard County that are typically only found in larger metropolitan areas. As part of the Ascension St. Vincent Indiana Heart Attack Network, our emergency care team is available 24–7. – Ascension St. Vincent Kokomo provides personalized maternity services with experienced OB–GYNs, prenatal care nurse educators and a team to make the birth of your child as comfortable and memorable as possible. Our orthopedic surgery and recovery Joint Success Program is an example of our tailored approach that has led to positive outcomes. Onsite services include physical and occupational therapists, speech language pathologists, a full–service lab, respiratory therapy, Wound Healing Center, CT, MRI, ultrasound, nuclear medicine, x–ray, fluoroscopy, DEXA, digital mammography, and breast biopsy. Known as "The City of Firsts" for all the remarkable inventions and products first produced here, Kokomo is a progressive, innovative community with a strong emphasis on the quality of life and education. Kokomo offers outstanding schools, professional health care and reputable businesses. The many festivals, fairs, art shows and performances assure there is always something to do.
