  • Start Date : 3-4 Weeks (Fast credentialing)
  • Schedule : Mon-Fri
  • Mon : 8am - 7pm
  • Tues-Thurs : 8am - 5pm
  • Fri : 8am - 2pm
  • Patient Volume :
  • Mon : 27 Tues-Thurs : 21 Fri : 17
  • EMR : eCW
  • Call : After-call service 1-2 weeks a year
  • Job Requirements :
