Job description

Job Title : Experienced Inventory Clerk Requirements :

  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming inventory shipments.
  • Verify quantities and quality of items against purchase orders and delivery documents.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using manual logs or inventory management software.
  • Perform regular cycle counts and assist with periodic physical inventory audits.
  • Organize and store inventory in designated locations, ensuring items are properly labeled and accessible.
  • Prepare and process inventory transfers, returns, and shipments.
  • Collaborate with warehouse, procurement, and operations teams to resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Monitor inventory levels and alert management of potential stock shortages or overstock situations.
  • Follow all safety, security, and compliance procedures in handling inventory. Qualifications :
  • Must be detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of inventory control and warehouse operations.
  • Effective communication within a diverse team.
  • Bilingual in Mandarin or Cantonese preferred
