Overview
Orr Group is seeking a Director, Finance & Administration to join our team at a pivotal time of growth. Reporting to the COO, the Director will lead the financial management of the firm while overseeing HR administrative functions. This role ensures that Orr Group's finances, HR, and operations are structured, compliant, and positioned to advance organizational strategy.
The Director will manage accounting, reporting, and compliance functions; supervise the Associate Director of Human Resources; and collaborate with executive leadership to ensure both financial and people operations support the firm's long-term goals. This role requires a leader who is equally comfortable running financial systems and processes as they are guiding HR and people operations.

Orr Group offices are located in Washington, DC and New York City. Candidates must be based in either metropolitan area.
Salary Range
The base salary for this role starts at $140,000 with an annual bonus potential of up to $25,000.
