Role Description

• Lead and manage cross‑functional teams supporting Epic application domains, including strategy development, planning, testing, quality assurance, documentation, and user acceptance.
• Serve as the primary liaison for Epic application teams and third‑party partners accessing Epic tools outside the DPH Network.
• Collaborate with Workstream IT Managers and operational teams to assess workflow needs, design systems, and translate requirements into functional solutions.
• Facilitate integrated workgroups, ensure coordination between applications, and maintain implementation timelines and documentation.
• Support Epic access for all users across a complex technical environment spanning multiple institutions and a diverse suite of applications.
• Coordinate activities across SFDPH divisions, affiliate organizations, and external partners, focusing on Primary Care, Specialty Care, and Behavioral Health.
• Foster cross‑collaboration with internal SFDPH operational groups to ensure alignment and continuity of care.
