Job descriptionHospital employed position Competitive compensation A-rated occurrence based professional liability insurance Optimal staffing ratios with flexible and equitable scheduling options Be part of a supportive and energetic team 7 on / 7 off block schedule 10 and 12 hour physician shifts 16-29 patient visits / day for each hospitalist Dedicated nocturnists Closed ICU No procedures required 220-bed acute care facility Level II Trauma Center 24 / 7 full-service ER 2 freestanding ERs 24 / 7 dedicated inpatient hospitalist program 24 / 7 dedicated inpatient intensivist program Internal medicine, family medicine, and psychiatry GME residency programs with Tufts University affiliation 30-bed inpatient psychiatric unit including 16 involuntary beds No personal income tax at the state or local level other than dividends or interest No sales tax No taxes on retirement income Close proximity to Boston, MA Coastal living with a host of outdoor activities Excellent school systems and higher education Four seasons of weather

Qualified Candidates :
- Must be board certified in internal medicine or family medicine
- Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- PRN flexible scheduling
