Ontario City Library - Library Aide (25/26) - FWS Only

Specific Duties

· Assist library staff in various library units with various tasks· Assist in the preparation and setup of library programs· Perform paging (shelving) of library materials· Review donated books for the Friends bookstore Minimum Qualifications -Ability to pass a fingerprint review (background check) as necessary

-Must be a current ULV student Preferred Qualifications Depending on the task(s):
-Comfortable with children and teens
-Organized and detail oriented with a high level of accuracy
-Customer service and/or clerical experience
-Adept with computers and technology
-Experience with MS Office; attaching/uploading documents like resumes and saving files to a flash drive
-Ability to set up free email accounts
-Experience with 3D printers and scanners, laser cutters, robotics, coding and sewing machines.
-Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite for creating flyers
-Photography experience
-Experience writing copy for social media and marketing
-Graphic design experience Benefits Summary

Employees are eligible for the following benefits:
