General Laborer

General Laborer in Mt Juliet, TN

This role involves assisting with inventory changeovers at a distribution site. The job requires the use of impact drills, hand tools, and schematics to ensure efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical assembly tasks using conventional, electrical, and battery-operated tools for drilling, tapping, leveling, cutting, torquing, fixing, bending, and assembling.
• Manage cable installations and deinstallations, including cable management, cable trays, junction boxes, conduits, sensors, and connectors for low voltage.
• Handle materials with the use of manual pallet jacks and simple tools, removing packaging and accommodating them according to safety best practices.
• Assist in loading and unloading trucks, ensuring proper handling and storage of materials.

Work Environment

Work inside a large warehouse facility with numerous moving parts. Collaborate with PAC Advisors and Aerotek Services. The role requires wearing steel-toed shoes, jeans, and a work shirt. The working hours are from 7 : 00 am to 4 : 30 pm, Monday to Friday, with some overtime required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
