We see huge potential to help folks reduce their monthly auto expenses, as well as increase the predictability of those expenses over time. What you'll do

• Provide stewardship over the codebases you're responsible for, striving for flexibility and agility in the face of expanding and changing business requirements
• Run the SDLC for your team, efficiently and effectively delivering great software sprint by sprint
• Continuously improve the processes and practices of your engineering team, ensuring they're doing their best work
• Partner with Product Owners to provide market and business context to your teams, maintaining a collaborative environment for product design and evolution
• Mentor and coach the engineers on your team to expand their skills and advance in their careers
• Play a leadership role in defining and evolving how Engineering works at Caribou

This role is remote from a state where Caribou operates, with a preference for the Chicago, IL, Denver, CO, or Phoenix AZ areas and can work from our Denver or Chandler offices if desired.
