Barrett Hospital & HealthCare invites applications for a part-time to full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our dynamic Rehabilitation Services team. We are seeking a clinician who brings a strong foundation in evidence-based evaluation and treatment, with a focus on promoting independence and enhancing quality of life through functional, occupation-centered interventions.

As part of our interdisciplinary team, the OT will collaborate closely with physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, nursing, and physicians to develop and implement personalized treatment plans. Applicants should have a solid understanding of the breadth of OT services possibly including but not limited to ADL training and adaptive equipment, upper extremity rehabilitation, cognitive testing and training, mental health services, and pediatric rehabilitation. Therapists work with a diverse patient population and a wide range of diagnoses and age groups, including but not limited to adult and pediatric outpatient and inpatient acute and swing bed environments.

This position offers flexibility in caseload and setting, and can be tailored based on the candidate’s skills, clinical interests, and professional background. A successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to work independently with the support of management to identify service needs, grow their caseload, and deliver high-quality care across a range of settings.

Caseload development will involve proactive marketing, community engagement, and networking with referral sources to meet the needs of the population we serve. Ideal candidates are self-driven, adaptable, and eager to shape their role within a supportive and collaborative environment.
