Job description401(k) plan Paid vacation, holidays, and personal days Employee discounts on vehicles, parts, and service Supportive, technician-focused management team Modern, clean, and well-equipped facilities Work closely with Service Advisors to understand customer concerns and ensure accurate repairs Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles according to manufacturer specifications Perform detailed multi-point inspections and clearly communicate findings and recommendations Provide guidance and support to junior technicians Document all repair work thoroughly and accurately on repair orders Conduct test drives to verify repair quality and customer satisfaction Maintain a clean, organized work area and properly care for your personal tool set, ensuring it is complete and ready for all required repairs Handle customer vehicles with care—return them clean, with seat settings and radio presets unchanged, personal items replaced as found, and park completed vehicles in designated areas with all protective coverings removed Use shop equipment carefully and report any damage to management immediately Complete required training and ASE certifications in a timely manner Exhibit professionalism, respect, and a strong work ethic with customers, co-workers, and management Complete tasks and requests assigned by management Minimum 4+ years of automotive repair experience (flat rate experience required) ASE and / or OEM certifications highly preferred Proficient with factory diagnostic tools and repair procedures Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Must have and maintain your own complete personal tool set to perform all required repairs Positive attitude, professionalism, and a commitment to quality work
